Political participation is any activity that shapes, affects, or
involves the political sphere. Political participation ranges
from voting to attending a rally to committing an act of
terrorism to sending a letter to a representative.
7b
1. Conventional participation: Activities that we expect of
good citizens. For most people, participation occurs every
few years at election time. People strongly committed to
politics are more likely to participate on a regular basis.
Example: Conventional political participation
includes voting, volunteering for a political
campaign, making a campaign donation, belonging to activist groups, and serving in public office.
2. Unconventional participation: Activities that are legal
but often considered inappropriate. Young people, students,
and those with grave concerns about a regimes policies
are most likely to engage in unconventional participation.
Example: Unconventional political participation
includes signing petitions, supporting boycotts,
and staging demonstrations and protests.
3. Illegal participation: activities that break the law. Most
of the time, people resort to illegal participation only when
legal means have failed to create significant political change.
Example: Illegal political participation includes
political assassination, terrorism, and sabotaging an opponents campaign through
theft or vandalism.
Q8
ECOWAS had to deal from the beginning with the inherent problems in these cases, like for instance the effective
coordination of policies throughout the region, the

The solar system consists of a central star, the Sun, and all
of the smaller celestial bodies that
continuously travel around it. The smaller bodies include eight planets: Mercury,Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus,
and Neptune, which are themselves orbited by more than 140 moons.
2b
First off, we humans can only survive on earth :)
Most other planets also have volcanoes, mountains, and some are said to have had rivers :)
It is the only planet that can support life, the only one that has liquid water and the only planet that life can survive on.

(1) Departing boats gradually sink below the horizon, as do buildings on the shore from the viewpoint of the sailors.
Admittedly this only proves the earth is round right where you are--the frisbee hypothesis.
(2) "The sphericity of the earth is proved by the evidence of ... lunar eclipses,"
Aristotle says. "For whereas in the monthly phases of the moon the segments are of all sorts--
straight, gibbous [convex],
crescent--in eclipses the dividing line is always rounded.
Consequently, if the eclipse is due to the interposition of the earth, the rounded line results from its
spherical shape" Of course a frisbee, properly angled, would make a round shadow too. But if the Frisbee rotated while the eclipse was in progress, the
curvature of its shadow would change.
The earth's does not.

This madness is sure getting out of control. Boko Haram terrorists, at the weekend, raged in Borno State where 16 persons were feared killed in a fresh attack.
In two separate attacks, five policemen were reportedly abducted with their Armoured Personnel Carrier while a Chinese was killed and 10 others kidnapped during an overnight attack in Kuseri Village between Gamboru Ngala council of Borno State and the Cameroun border.
five policemen attached to Banki, a border town with Bama and Cameroon Republic, were attacked by Boko Haram. The terrorists opened fire on the APC No: NPF4960c conveying the policemen led by an inspector and five others.
The policemen quickly dropped from the APC and ran into the bush before the terrorists went away with the abandoned APC .
As I am talking to you now (yesterday), the whereabouts of the policemen are yet to be known and we suspect the terrorists might have kidnapped or killed them.
A source said the tension in the are is high. The attacks put President Goodluck Jonathan and his counterparts from Nigeria's neighbouring countries meeting in Paris, France, on Saturday under pressure to come up with concrete steps to address terrorism in the sub region.
The missing/abducted policemen were identified by sources as Inspector Luka Maina, Sergeant Manya Chaka, Corporals Hassan Dauda, Emmanuel Onoche and Umar Ali. According to Vanguard, the Banki incident took place by 9:50am on Friday when some policemen attached to the Banki Division acked by Boko Harterrorists while trying to drop six of them at the junction road who ackedto proceed to their promotion course examination and interview.
The Borno Commissioner of Police, Mr. Tanko Lawan, confirmed the abduction of the five policemen and the seizing of the Armourd Personnel Carrier (APC).
"The Boko Haram militants were heavily armed, they came in five vehicles", an official in Waza, a town near the site of the attack, said on condition of anonymity.

When Samuel was old, he made his sons Judges over Israel. The first-born was Joel and the second Abiah. They were Judges in Beersheba. But Samuel sons walked not in his ways. They turned aside after gains, took bribes and perverted Judgement. Due to this maladministration, all the elders of Israel went together to meet samuel in Ramala to complain.
The complaints centered on the perverted activities of his sons. The people then demanded for a king to judge them like other nations. The subject displeased Samuel when the people said, "give us a king to judge us". and Samuel cried to the Lord in prayer. General Discussion / Tech-:-2go Star progress Boosting
« on: May 02, 2014, 10:21:25 am »
Reasons Why People Love To Boost Their 2go Stars
I have asked a lot of my friends that what is the main reason you wanted to boost your 2go Stars, some told me because they get respected by their fellow friends because of their stars, if you see somebody who is Master or Ultimate and you are Novice that they are different, While Some of my friends told me that anyone who is Master Or Ultimate knows how to chat more than a person who is a Novice. So now I decided to share with you;
How to Increase 2GO Star Progress
There is no specific trick of increasing 2GO star progress as of now but I will be highlighting some unique way of increasing it as followbr /> 1. The longer you stay online the more your 2go star will increase(Everyone knows about this).
I know you don't want to be online all the time because you've got
lots of things to do and if you just appear online and keep quite your friends would be m*d at you.
To get around this issue
* Scroll down to Settings
* Then Change Presence and set your presence to Away or Appear Offline
But be careful while doing this because most times the communication networks in Africa are not stable and might make you Appear Online again without your knowledge. So while appearing OFFLINE makesure you still check your 2go account from time to time so that your friends do not start sending you messages without you replying back.
2. The More 2Go-Credits you Spend, the more your Star Increases.
For you to spend 2Go-Credits you must first of allpurchaseit first or obtain it from Friends on your 2go list.
To buy 2go credits, go to "Get GoCredits" and then select the package that suits you.
To spend your go-credits you have several ways of doing it.
* By visiting 2go chat rooms and contributing to ongoing chats: Each
time you chat in the Rooms you spend a Go Credit fromyour2go Account.
* By adding/trying to add friends in the chat rooms: To add friends.
Visit any 2go room of your choice by clicking on 2go Rooms, Then
select the room you want to visit. While in the room Go to Menu then
select List Users or Add Someone. A list of chatters in that room will
appear. Choose who you want to add and wait to see if the person
accepts you and that's all.
* You can also spend GoCredits by transferring 2go Credits to friends
on your list: To transfer gocredits. Select the friend you want to
transfer the credit to. Click on Menu and Select "Share Go Credits"
Type in the amount and Click on Send. That is all.
* The Fourth wayof Spending go credits is by Sending Group Messagesbr /> To do this. Select "Friends", Make sure your cursor is directly on
Friends (Do not go further), Click on Menu >> Select Message Group,
Type the message you want to send (This may be any latest news, jokes
etc). Click on Send and that is all (Note: you can only send messages
to about 50 people at a time.) To get around this issue you can create
new groups and move some of your friends to these groups.
* The fifth way is by buying 2go Jokes: To do this. Go to "2go
Goodies" and then select "2go Jokes". They will ask you to reply yes
if you want to proceed, do that and the amount for the joke will be
subtracted.(But Am Not Sut The 2go Jokes Is Available For Every one)
3. Hanging Out In Chat Rooms helps too.
How to Boost 2go Stars with Lower Version of 2go
It seems that the lower versions of 2go are quickly improving 2go star
than newer versions like version 1 and 2, so if you have abandoned
your 2go lower version, start using it now, if you want rapid
improvement in your 2go star level.
I do not guarantee you anything whatsoever and we are in no way affiliated to

14yr Old Girl Kills Another 14yr Old Girl After Facebook Fight Over A Boy

Trust me one could barely just believe the things that happen this days, 14 year old Endia Martin (pictured above) was killed on Monday April 28th by another 14 year old girl after they argued on Facebook about a boy.
Is this what 14 year old should be doing? Fighting over boys and killing each other? My goodness!
According to Chicago Times, the handgun used to kill Endia Martin had been brought to the scene by someone who knew the suspect and knew ‘there was going to be a fight’ Chicago police said
“What would have been, under any other circumstance, probably a fistfight between 14-year-old girls, because they were fighting over a boy, turned into a m****r. You introduce a firearm and you have a m****r.” The police said
Endia was walking home from school when the other girl approached, pulled the gun and opened fire around 4:30 p.m on Monday in West Garfield Boulevard, Chicago, according to police. Endia was hit in the back and killed instantly.
The 14 year old girl has been charged as a juvenile with m****r, while her 24-year-old uncle and a 17-year-old boy are also facing charges. The two are being held for giving the gun to the killer.

This is another case of sweet love turn sour. The guy was seriously saving money, planning to marry his babe in few months, only to be shown clips of she and a Sugar Daddy doing it. The guy has posted everything...
He's been exposing her pix that his friends showed to him on the social media. What a shame!

General Discussion / NOTE:-:-<WHY STUDENT FAIL BY ADMIN,VIEWS>
« on: April 30, 2014, 09:19:43 am »
29 Apr 2014
WHY STUDENTS FAIL
Have you ever wondered how you failed your exams(waec/neco/nabteb)?
Do you think you got fake runz?
Answer;
(1) Most of the students dont have anything in their brain, all they know is facebook,2go. twitter, play games etc.
even if you pass your exam eventually, how do you tink you can cope in theuniversity or polytechnic
without knowing something.
(2) As a standard, astudent is expected to know 60-80% of the entire syllabus.
how many can you topics can you boast of
(3) Most students are not serious. imagine the following:
most student will just write it the way they see it
tabulate
X:1,2,3
Y:3,5,7
instead of interpreting it asother examples
tita-?
pie-?
sqr rut- ?
So how do you want to pass if you can interpret our symbols correctly.
(4)Bad center/ black listed center:
some of you dont make research on the center you are writing exams, you just register anywhere you and when you fail you want to push the blame on someone else. What you dont know is that some center result have been bad since 3years ago.
(5) Student caught in the exam hall:
Once a student is caugth cheating or involved in any malpractice, such a student sthould neverd expect his/her results.
(6) Cheap/fake runz
Alot of website are out there gving free or fake runz. imagine such a site not considering the results of students, compose fake answer or give the students fake runz. Most of the fault goes to students risking their own exams for cheap runz.
(7)Waiting to get free runz when we post it:
Normally, we do post answer late on the site for those that can pay for the runz,
obj posted 5mins to the end,
theory posted 20mins to the end.
Tell me how do you want to pass by waiting for free answers when those that paid for the runz has finished, you are just starting.
What you dont know is that nothing is free, even in freetown. Learn how to pay for what you need most. Be wise and try harder to pass

effect than just
rising their incomes. If
people respect the teacher, that
means people
consider the education as a more
important business, which is
the teacher's
really demanded.
Therefore, increasing the
teacher's social
values,which is a satisfication
spiritually, would play a more
significant role than
just adding their salaries.
Furthermore, improving the
"hardware" of school is
another one of the
best ways to solve the problem.
Students do not
only acquire
knowledge from their teachers
and textbooks. They could learn
from
the curious things all the time so
that the hardware
is gradually play as
a key. "hardware" means the
equipment of school
such as Gym center,
swimming pool, Chemistry labs,
etc, which students could
acquire
education practically. I think
those are the high-
quality educations
because students actually
sdtruggle or fight for the
answers. According
to the labs or the swim practices,
students can truly learnt
from them.
For example, I used to feel hard
to remember all
sorts of the principles
of the chemical reactions,
indicating that they are
difficult to keep in
memory. However, after I did the
labs, the reactions were even
hard for
me to forget because I really saw
how the reactions
happened and truly
learnt from those labs. So with
the better hardware
in school, the higher
quality the education will be.
Therefore, I am firmly conviced
that there are
certainly several ways to
increase the education quality
more efficiently than
increase the
teacher's income, such as
increasing their social
attention or spending money on
the school equipments. your

What is wrong with Boko Haram and their sponsors: why are they making human life worthless?
As you read this, scores of students travelling to write JAMB exam in Borno State have been reportedly killed by the dreaded Boko Haram sect. They were among several persons that lost their lives in multiple attacks that were unleashed by the sect in four communities.
A senator from the area said:”What happened in Borno was beyond understanding. It is a must for me to speak since the people lives are involved and they are my people. All these are happening in my constituency and it will be wrong to keep quiet. I feel so much pained and would not have spoken but definitely my conscience will not let me do that.”
The Senator who is representing Borno Central in the Senate, Zannah Ahmed, on Friday accused the military of complicity in the latest attack where he said that 210 people were killed in attacks on four towns.
The towns included Dikwa, Kala Balge, Gambulga and Gwoza.
The senator claimed that the attackers were all dressed in military uniforms and spoke English language. This was a departure from the Hausa and Kanuri language spoken by the Boko Haram insurgents.
He even lamented that authorities of the military post in Gamboru, which purportedly received a distressed call from the people of Kala Balge avoided the town, claiming that it was not in its area of command.
But what is really going on? Is this Boko Haram or some powerful people just trying to reduce population
